We charge the state fee of $10 per notarization in house, and via dispatch. 

If we travel to you, the travel fee starts at $40, and will be discussed and agreed to prior to our notary traveling to you.

Walk-ins are always welcome for in-house notarizations. Appointments are only needed if you have six or more notarizations, if multiple people will be signing, or anytime a witness is required. If your situation fits one of those cases, please schedule ahead so we can ensure enough time and the right staff are available.

Our team of mobile notaries is here when and where you need us. We can meet you at your home, office, hospital, rehabilitation facility, or another convenient location. If you are unable to visit our store, we are happy to come to you.


Please use the button below to schedule with our main notary. If your preferred time is not available, call 810.334.1961 and we will arrange a visit with a member of our team. We are here to support you in whatever way works best for you.


SCHEDULE

All signers must be present in order to have their signatures notarized. 

We cannot notarize for absent signers.

All signers must have valid ID. Normally this is an unexpired driver’s license. 

Other valid forms of ID are a current passport book, or a federally recognized Tribal ID.*

*We cannot use expired ID, a birth certificate, Military ID without a signature on it or CPL/CCW permits.
