SafeMail for Seniors is a secure mail handling and scanning service. We receive your physical mail, open it with your permission, scan it, and send it safely to your email so you can view it wherever you are. We can hold it for you, and you can pick it up; or we can ship it to you on a schedule you choose.

No. The name reflects our commitment to helping seniors stay connected, but anyone can use SafeMail for Seniors. It is ideal for busy professionals, travelers, business owners, caregivers, and anyone who needs reliable mail support.


You forward or redirect your mail to us. Once it arrives, we open it, scan it, and email the contents directly to you. You can also request shredding or forwarding of any original documents.


We can process personal letters, bills, statements, business correspondence, government notices, and most standard mail. Packages can be received and forwarded, but they are not opened unless you specifically request it. Junk mail will be filtered out.


Yes. Many small businesses and solopreneurs use this service for document monitoring, remote work convenience, or to keep business mail separate from home mail.


SafeMail for Seniors is perfect for travelers and snowbirds. Your mail stays safe, and you receive digital copies no matter where you are.


Only with your permission. You choose whether you want all mail opened and scanned or only certain items. You are always in control.

Most mail is scanned and delivered to your email the same day it arrives, or within one business day.


You can sign up online or contact us directly. The US Postal Service requires a specific form (PS Form 1583) to be filled out, and your signature will need to be notarized. We also have a separate contract for you. Please email SafeMailforSeniors@gmail.com to get started.


There is a contract, but you are not locked in. You can use SafeMail for Seniors month to month and stop at any time. The US Post Office requires written notification to start and to stop the service. 


Yes. You can authorize additional recipients, such as adult children, caregivers, or business partners to receive emails. If you choose to have your mail shipped to you, it will go to the address you provide us in writing when you sign up. You can change this at any time, in writing, with a notarized signature.
